Jerome Brock

Jerome Brock is the Vice President and UAV Operations Manager at Foley Specialty Services, where he leads field operations and client engagement for industrial drone inspection solutions. With a strong commitment to safety and service, Jerome oversees aspects of operations—from mission planning and client coordination to executing field work. Due in part to his leadership, Foley has grown into a trusted provider for drone-based industrial assessments, leveraging innovative technology to deliver reliable, data-driven insights.

Jerome brings over 15 years of experience in unmanned aerial systems (UAS), having served in both civilian and military capacities. A U.S. Army veteran and certified FAA Part 107 pilot, he has logged thousands of flight hours across both military fixed wing UAS, and industrial based inspection drones. His career includes UAS instruction, mission coordination in combat zones, and advanced payload operations. Jerome’s dedication to the unmanned field has brought years of military experience to the civilian field.
